Edge Building

The Edge Building is a contemporary mixed-use building located in downtown Edmonton. Completed in 2018, the ten-storey structure introduces a clean, modern form while maintaining a strong relationship to the street through transparent ground-floor uses and a compact urban footprint.

The building was recognized with an Award of Merit at the 2019 Edmonton Urban Design Awards, acknowledging its contribution to Edmonton’s evolving downtown and its thoughtful integration into an established urban context.

Today, The Edge functions as an active commercial building, with public-facing uses at street level and institutional tenants above, supporting daily activity and long-term occupancy.
